Job Description

  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, magazines, and website graphics.
  • Lead the branding and marketing efforts of the company, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's vision and values.
  • Expand brand presence across various social platforms.
  • Plan and execute a content strategy, that aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate branding strategies into various aspects of the business, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
  • Review and approve branding materials, including social media content, graphic designs, and magazine publications, to ensure they align with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND from reputable institution
  • Proven working experience in same or similar role
  • Knowledge of graphics designing
  • Proven ability to develop branding and marketing strategies
  • Creativity and outstanding communication skills
  • Experience in real estate is an added advantage
