  • As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and enhancing brand awareness in the market.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and creative, to develop and implement brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals, drive customer engagement, and position the brand as a market leader.
  • Brand Identity Management: Maintain and protect the brand's integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, packaging, website, social media, and communications.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns, from concept through to implementation, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and meet business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Work: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand strategies and messaging are aligned across all channels and initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor brand performance and effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and feedback. Provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring campaigns and activities are executed within financial guidelines while achieving desired results.
  • Consumer Experience: Advocate for the customer experience and ensure the brand delivers a consistent and positive experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management in real estate or a related sector preferably
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with creative agencies or teams.
  • Knowledge of real estate.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, project management software, and design tools.
