Brand Manager at OnePyramid

Responsibilities:

  • Managing & developing brand performance (equity, market share, etc), leading & controlling marketing activity (ATL, BTL),
  • Managing & responsible for a marketing budget.
  • Leading all initiatives related to sales and marketing (Articulate product offerings, key benefits, and messages for use by sales and marketing).
  • Managing the pricing strategy.
  • Brand Strategy, Brand Content creation, and Campaign process management.
  • Be the voice for the company across social channels to increase brand exposure.
  • Translate brand elements into plans go-to-market strategies and day-to-day brand management operations.
  • Work together with the sales team to create a sales forecast.
  • Provide update with market and competitor activity, and report to CH and MM.
  • Create a positive brand image, inciting customer interaction and communication, and formulating strategies to increase the sales and revenue of the brands.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data for trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance the organization’s digital presence.
  • Create and carry out online advertising initiatives to market the company's name, goods, and services.
  • Evaluate data and metrics to assess the success of marketing initiatives and offer suggestions for enhancements.
  • Creating and putting into effect a thorough marketing strategy that is in line with the company's core branding plan.
  • Create, Maintain, and improve the company's website, social media pages, as well as other digital marketing streams to ensure the greatest visibility and interaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven four years of working experience as a Brand Manager in the food and beverage industry.
  • Have experience in creating television commercials, media placement, market, and consumer research.
  • Have a logical mindset and creativity.
  • Willing to travel around, especially in general trade (wet market, open market, neighborhood area, etc.).
  • Have a success story in your career.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and business operations skills.
  • Professional Accreditation: Any applicable to relevant professional bodies.
