Summary

  • The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead Agu.ng’s marketing efforts across both physical retail stores and e-commerce platforms. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing traditional and digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 
  • This role requires a deep understanding of the retail space, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing strategies to position the brand as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones by aligning marketing strategies with business objectives to drive sales growth across physical stores and online platforms.
  • Define and manage Agu.ng’s unique selling proposition (USP) to differentiate it in the competitive fashion retail landscape.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal, promotional, and influencer marketing campaigns and oversee the development of print ads, in-store promotions, and outdoor advertising to drive foot traffic in the retail stores and sales across the online platform.
  • Collaborate with store managers to create marketing activations, events, and pop-up experiences to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop partnerships with traditional media outlets, including radio, TV, and magazines, to maximize brand exposure.
  • Lead social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content. 
  • Optimize and execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns to increase online traffic and conversions.
  • Develop influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to boost brand advocacy and digital reach.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations and e-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives with business needs, develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic brand marketing in a very fast paced environment with proven results and records
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, PPC, CRM tools, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe suite and other tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
