What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Brand Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the CASAVA brand. Working closely with the marketing team, the candidate will play a key role in developing and executing brand initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging, and monitoring market trends.
Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for;
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to improve brand awareness, positioning, and market share.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, social media, and in-store presentations.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand goals and target audience preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and work with the team to optimize and enhance campaign results.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Provide insights on brand perception, recommending adjustments to strategies based on findings.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure that brand strategies support broader company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide brand training and guidance to team members to ensure consistent representation of brand values and messaging.
- Implement brand activation initiatives, such as events or partnerships, to build brand affinity and engage with key audiences.
- Develop guidelines and templates to ensure brand consistency in content creation across various departments.
- Create a brand handbook and conduct periodic workshops to align teams on brand values, messaging, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance reporting capabilities and improve access to real-time insights on brand performance.
Job Requirements
The right candidate might have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 4-5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, product, and brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
