We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective business strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to showcase company services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
