Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Presence Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance company visibility and engagement online.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote company services effectively.
- Create compelling content, including posts, articles, and multimedia materials, to attract and inform our audience.
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Resolve issues effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Support:
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality service and support.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and company growth.
Website Maintenance:
- Manage and update company website content to ensure it reflects current offerings and engages visitors effectively.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as needed.
Promotional Activities:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Support promotional efforts to increase brand awareness and foster business relationships.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and address inquiries or concerns to maintain productive partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of online platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
