Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CCTV Sales Engineer with a strong background in CCTV systems and installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of CCTV solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful installation and integration for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the CCTV market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting CCTV solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess clients' requirements and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized CCTV systems that meet their specific needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process.
  • Collaborate with clients' IT teams to integrate CCTV systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of CCTV systems.
  • Offer post-sales technical support and respond to client inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and installation of CCTV systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CCTV system design and installation.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols relevant to CCTV integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, project managers, and clients.
