Job Objectives
- Responsible for setting and implimenting corporate global strategy and digital transformation of the company.
- Will have primary responsibility for establishing and executing all IT/Digital transformation activities.
Duties / Responsibilities
- The Chief Technology Officer will provide day-to-day leadership and management in all areas of the company’s IT operations (including digital, migration and transformation, IT administration, &operations).
- The CTO will manage the critical leadership function of strategic planning & execution. And will drive the development of the company’s resource, budget and delivery of core technology services.
- Provided identification and pursuit of innovation and strategic technical product and solutions that align with each department and overall company vertical.
- The CTO will develop and implement repeatable and reusable technology framework
- The CTO will plan and develop next generation technical capability necessary to satisfy company’s direction for digital strategy and direction, email, mobile, departments, partners and outlets data integration.
- Develop the Strategic direction for the technical and analytical tool set and applications used as a shared service by other teams.
- Direct the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
- Supervises software testing and deployment for overall success and constant update on the latest trend in technological growth.
- Develop company’s technical vision and leading the company’s technology development.
- Consult with other department heads on sales, marketing and operational technologies that enhanced efficiency.
- Stay ahead of fast-changing trends and anticipated disruptions to business model.
- As the senior officer with IT, digital and operations oversight, The CTO will ensure that the company meets all regulatory & compliance requirements including legal, financial, human resources, operating, technology etc. by putting in place policy and processes across the business in terms of digital transformation.
Required Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
- The best candidate for this role will be a strong leader, with a proven record of operational and a range of hard and soft skills, technology acumen and excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in Digital/ICT Operations Management
- Experience in Executive/Senior Management roles in the Luxury goods industry/FMCG or CPG Industry.
- CTO should have experience and be knowledgeable about how to establish systems and controls to manage a functional and relevant digital technological transformation through hundreds of outlets, departments and teams.
- Experience in the fragrances, cosmetics, health & personal care related products industry will be an advantage
- Technical ability and strategic thinking
- Extensive information communication technology experience required
- Familiarity with governance, especially in working with and managing the technological process and sundry activities associated with a strong board having oversight functions, will be very essential.
- Experience in leveraging technology to drive revenue & enhance the customer experience required.
