We won 8 out of 12 locations performance awards for the year 2012/2013, and currently the 3rd biggest P&G distributor in Nigeria and contributes 15% sales of P&G Nigeria.

Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Providing first-line support: Answering user questions and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving problems with computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Installing and configuring: Setting up new hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
  • Maintaining systems: Ensuring computer systems and networks are functioning correctly, including updates, patches, and security protocols.

User Management & Support:

  • Account management: Creating and managing user accounts, setting permissions, and managing access to systems and resources.
  • User training: Providing guidance and training to users on how to use IT systems and applications.
  • Communication: Communicating with users to understand their needs and ensure their issues are resolved.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Inventory management: Tracking and managing IT inventory, including hardware and software.
  • Project support: Assisting with the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
  • Administrative tasks: May include tasks like data entry, record keeping, and other general administrative duties.

Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to users.
  • Organization: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
