Job Description

  • We are seeking to hire an ideal candidate for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role for our client.
  • This individual must provide sound digital and technical leadership in all aspects of our client’s business in Nigeria, Kenya and other upcoming markets.
  • The CTO is expected to be well versed in current technological trends like AI, ML and familiar with a variety of business concepts, show strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

  • Data Management and Business Analytics
  • IT Infrastructure

Other Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Develop technical aspects of the [group’s] company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Oversee and drive all IT-related projects within the business
  • Quality System Management - Responsible for the full implementation of the requirements of
  • Quality Management System within the IT department; ensure that all team members are equally up to date on all the requirements as may be appropriate for their functions.

Requirements and skills

  • 10 - 15 years of experience out of which minimum 3 years should be in a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with Microsoft M365 & Azure platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Business Central ERP systems.
  • Proven track record on working with data management system, BI systems, Data lakes/warehouse and OLAP.
