Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technical Operations to oversee our technical infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, providing a strategic advantage in aligning technical operations with product development and business objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for technical infrastructure, aligning with product development goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technical operations.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
- Resolve complex technical issues and implement robust solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in technical operations role.
- Proven experience in technical operations and product management.
- Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
