- You will be working as a part of the CNS Sales support team, reporting to Head of CNS Sales, and acting as main business interface towards the CUs. We are looking for a strong and passionate profile, capable of operating in multicultural environment and developing relationships with Customer Unit (CU) Sales and CU Presales teams. In our ideal candidate, we value a healthy mix of diverse work experiences as well as curiosity and understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the CNS service area.
What you will do:
- Responsible for CNS presales in the MA/CU and develop CNS business to meet the financial targets.
- Understand the operator strategy and pain points and how to turn this into business opportunities for Ericsson CNS services
- Develop the CU CNS strategy and account plans
- Work closely and align with KAMs, CU presales teams, Service Line and CU Delivery.
- Proactively support the KAMs in customer engagements with highly relevant offerings and value argumentation.
- Develop proposals including services and software from CNS, prepare RFQ responses for CNS tenders (SoW, scoping, costing, pricing, T&C, etc.)
- In BCSS, work closely with SA Optimize, as well as corresponding global delivery units (SCUs/SDUs)
- Drive thought leadership (e.g. operator strategy for best performing networks, value argumentation & sales innovation), share best practices and facilitate collaboration across MA and with BA.
The skills you bring:
- 7-10 years’ experience of selling and delivering CNS services.
- Strong knowledge of Transport, MW & IPRAN Design and/or Core (CS, PS, 5GC, E2E Optimization).
- Willingness and ability to learn new competence in different domains.
- excellent knowledge of one or more of Ericsson’s offerings and portfolio items in the above domains
- Knowledge of presales process and tools (Premium Proposal, Salesforce etc…)
- Business understanding and financial acumen.
- Customer understanding and business development mindset.
- Proven multi-cultural relationship management experience.
- Proven negotiation experience and ability to influence customers.
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships within BA, CU Sales and Presales and delivery organizations.
