Job Summary

  • The selected individual for this role will be pivotal in enhancing Suacasa Nigeria's property marketing efforts and driving sales through strategic communication, social media management, and product promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Suacasa Nigeria's properties effectively.
  • Manage all communication channels, including social media platforms, to engage potential buyers and investors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling property messaging and listings.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and online content.
  • Coordinate events and promotional campaigns to showcase properties to the target audience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and trends.

Requirements
