Job Description

  • The Techy Accountant is seeking an innovative and experienced communicator to join our team as a full time on fully remote basis

Responsibilities

  • Lead Coordination of Training Programs
  • Supervision of Communications Team Member(s)
  • Develop proposals, grant responses, and other communications materials as needed.
  • Strategize and execute communication plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital strategies to enhance program visibility and engagement.
  • Development/Production of Communication Materials.
  • Community Engagement
  • Coordination of Training Programs and Advancement
  • Identify opportunities for program development and advancement.
  • Coordinate the dissemination of live/virtual training, training materials and resources.
  • Virtual Event Coordination
  • Brand Perception Management
  • Oversee the creation, distribution, and management of newsletters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Communication or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience with online learning platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Creativity, strong problem solving skills and result oriented.
