This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Executive at Zap Africa. The Community Executive will be responsible for managing telegram and discord community engagement, moderating online conversations, organizing events, and creating content to foster a sense of belonging within the community. While the role is based in Lekki, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in community management or customer service
Proficiency in social media platforms and community engagement tools
Ability to organize and promote community events
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts diplomatically
Knowledge of analytics to track community engagement and sentiment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
