- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with online communities in a way which builds brand awareness.
- The candidates will act as the primary point of contact for the community, addressing concerns and feedback.
- The role involves engaging with the students, creating engaging content, and acting as the bridge between the students and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Build, nurture, and engage with the brand's online and offline communities.
- Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and encourage discussions.
- Develop strategies to increase community growth and participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and program reviews.
Content & Communication:
- Organize webinars, live chats, and events (both virtual and in-person) to foster interaction.
- Manage and oversee community-focused content calendars.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure brand consistency.
Student Support & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the students, addressing concerns and feedback.
- Work with support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather and relay valuable community insights to improve the program.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics and trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on engagement data.
- Prepare regular reports to inform strategies and measure the success of community initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, marketing, or student support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms, forums, and community-building tools
- Ability to handle crisis management and conflict resolution
- Creativity in content creation and engagement strategies
- Analytical mindset to measure success and make data-driven decisions
