Job Details
- Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for the brand
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Assist to maintain accurate records of all students including personal and academic information
- Assist with the Coordination of registration process and ensure compliance with policies and regulations of all students, including personal and academic information
- Assist with the Management of academic calendars and schedules including course registration, exam schedules and graduation
- Respond to inquiries from students, staff and parents regarding registration, academic policies and other related matters.
- Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process
- Ensuring records are updated with finance and Head of school
- Train students on how to use software related to teaching materials and assignment.
- Create engaging and shareable content for a blog, facebook page, Instagram, monthly newsletters and /or promotional video
- Monitor social media campaigns and analyse web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators(KPIs)
- Execute community initiatives and programs
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Social Media savvy ; Instagram, facebook, Tik tok, Twitter, Linked In is a MUST
