Job Description

  • This role is critical in building and maintaining a strong, vibrant community presence both online and offline, directly impacting the brand's reputation and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture a community around the brand, fostering engagement, loyalty, and a positive image.
  • Manage and moderate online community platforms, ensuring a welcoming and constructive environment.
  • Organize and oversee community events, including meetups, open houses, and networking events, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels to keep the community informed and involved.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, representing the brand in various settings and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback from the community, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of community management strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, local businesses, and other potential partners to expand the community reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, local market dynamics, and customer preferences to inform community-related strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in community management, public relations, or a related role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with diverse groups.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative community engagement initiatives.
  • Organizational and event planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
