Job Summary:
- The Complaints and Feedback Officer will ensure that YPHO has an effective feedback and accountability system for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complaints and feedback mechanism, ensuring accessibility to all beneficiaries.
- Record and respond to complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and follow-up on sensitive issues.
- Prepare reports on trends and suggest improvements based on feedback.
- Train staff and community members on feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in complaints handling or beneficiary feedback mechanisms.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Familiarity with humanitarian accountability frameworks.
