Job Summary:

  • The Complaints and Feedback Officer will ensure that YPHO has an effective feedback and accountability system for beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complaints and feedback mechanism, ensuring accessibility to all beneficiaries.
  • Record and respond to complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and follow-up on sensitive issues.
  • Prepare reports on trends and suggest improvements based on feedback.
  • Train staff and community members on feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, social work, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in complaints handling or beneficiary feedback mechanisms.
  • Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with humanitarian accountability frameworks.
