  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize content and community engagement efforts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies and community building.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.

Job Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging and valuable content, including blog posts, videos, social media content, and other multimedia formats.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Build and nurture an active online community through various social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive brand image through active participation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure content and community initiatives are aligned with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and community engagement strategies to continuously improve our approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and community advocates to expand brand reach and enhance community engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute community events, webinars, and other online/offline activities to encourage participation and brand loyalty.
