Job Description
- As a Content/Community Manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing content strategies while nurturing strong, engaged communities for our clients. Your role will be critical in driving brand visibility, fostering authentic connections, and delivering impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with client objectives and audience insights.
- Create, schedule, and manage compelling content across social media platforms, blogs, and email.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone while tailoring content to different platforms and audiences.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with brand objectives and audience insights.
- Ideate and deliver unique content concepts for campaigns and always-on activities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for social media, blogs, email, and more.
Community Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for online communities, fostering engagement and building relationships.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow and maintain active, engaged online communities.
- Monitor online conversations, trends, and sentiment, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Organize and manage live digital events, such as Instagram Lives, Reels, and Stories during brand activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy and community management, ideally within a digital or creative agency.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their content requirements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and engage authentically with audiences.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to improve strategies.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
