SALARY RANGE: 200,000 – 250,000

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator who is also a Social Media Manager to develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and promotes our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate will create compelling digital content across various platforms, and manage our social media pages, blogs, websites, and run email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  2. Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, blogs, infographics).
  3. Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  4. Monitor and engage with the audience (comments, messages, mentions).
  5. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content.
  6. Manage paid social media ads, budgets, and track ROI.
  7. Collaborate with influencers, designers, and videographers for campaigns.
  8. Build and nurture an active online community to boost engagement.
  9. Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
  10. Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
  11. Produce SEO-optimized content (blogs, website copy, listings) for better visibility.
  12. Develop email marketing content, newsletters, and CTAs to drive sales.
  13. Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms.
  14. Handle crisis management and address negative feedback professionally.
  15. Train and guide team members on social media and content best practices.

Key Requirements:

  1. HND/BSc in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (preferably in real estate).
  3. Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  4. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
  5. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  7. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
