Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Creator / Executive Assistant to support executive operations while managing digital content creation across our platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) for social media and digital platforms
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Provide administrative and executive support (emails, scheduling, documentation)
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage correspondence and confidential information
- Assist with brand communication and online engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and administrative support
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Social media management experience is an added advantage.
