Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels) for social media platforms
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and schedule posts using content calendars
- Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (ads)
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an online community
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to promote properties
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to create high-quality visual and written content
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
