About the Role:
- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly skilled Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our online presence, and driving audience engagement across all digital platforms, particularly within the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives.
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging videos, graphics, and written content for various platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Design and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, CapCut Pro, After Effects, Wondershare Filmora, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
- Exceptional creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
