Job Description

  • As a Content developer, you will be leading our digital strategy, developing artworks (graphics/audio/video contents), and posting across various social media platforms.
  • Your in-depth understanding of Social Media and business development will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, fostering engagement for the existing & prospective clients for lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Create & post artowrks for Brand awareness & Product promotion on Social Media channels.
  • Use paid digital promotion as per budget, Track responses & results.
  • Design & develop offline Product marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Develop video contents featuring internal teams & customers for Social Media channels.
  • Manage website for News, Promotion posts etc.
  • Managing SEO for company websites, Google Business & Google Adverts.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Verifiable experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful YouTube and Social Media campaigns and video content
  • Proven experience in business development with a track record of successfully achieving targets and driving growth.
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook and Social Media platform’s algorithm, and best practices for content optimization, audience engagement, and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Facebook and Social Media analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making by Management team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for details
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in content/video production, editing, and post-production software
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and captivate audiences.
