- Your daily responsibilities include writing, editing, and proofreading blog posts, technical content, web content, and newsletters and making sure they’re in accordance with the latest SEO principles.
- You will be in charge of planning the layout of our content, which is why you need to have a working knowledge of HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla. Additional tasks may include developing content strategies in accordance with current trends and creating graphics and choosing photos that will be included in the content.
- We’re looking for candidates with exceptional analytical skills who will be able to evaluate the performance of published content and identify areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Pitch content ideas for our website, landing page, blog, webinars, social media platforms, and newsletters to the Marketing and Communication Manager
- Collaborate with the marketing team, Graphic Designers, and Front End Developers to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
- Create unique, user-friendly, and informative content while adhering to the best SEO practices
- Edit and update the existing content when necessary
- Create graphics, choose photos for the content, and work on web page layout
- Check the quality and accuracy of content prior to publication
- Publish and promote content on numerous social media outlets
- Analyze the performance of content based on multiple KPIs, such as unique pageviews, conversion rates, and the average time on page
- Identify content setbacks and effectiveness, and determine the best content strategy moving forward
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field
- Working experience in content writing or editing, graphic design, or a similar field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good grasp of SEO and HTML
- Working knowledge of content management software, such as WordPress and Joomla
- Mastery of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver
- A keen eye for detail, ability to multitask, and strong analytical skills
