Job Summary:

  • The Content Developer/Community Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative content development strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and maximize conversions for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and discuss marketing goals for different products and use that to plan content Develop a content strategy for products and marketing campaigns
  • Create a content marketing plan for each product and review the plans monthly Create a monthly content marketing calendar putting all products and content platforms into consideration.
  • Write out content ideas for products and campaigns
  • Create new pillar content (articles, videos)
  • Repurpose old and new pillar content into different content types
    • Blog articles
    • Email newsletters
    • Micro video content
    • LinkedIn Posts
    • Social media graphics with captions
    • Infographics
    • Carousels
    • Create/Repurpose content to be distributed on different media platforms
    • YouTube & YouTube shorts
    • Instagram Reels
    • Facebook & Facebook Reels
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • Blog
  • Write supporting captions for all social media content
  • Publish and distribute content in different forms on different media platforms Write email newsletters for marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm and record fresh content ideas
  • Write scripts for product video ads
  • Approve all produced content before they go out (Quality Control)

Education/ Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in community management, preferably in the real estate industry.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in utilizing social media management tools and platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze online activities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to different target audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering information effectively and professionally.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong understanding of content development tools and community management
