The platform eliminates the purchaser�s exposure to making advance payments prior to the receipt of goods/services and eliminates the seller�s exposure to delivering goods/services before payment. By using a trusted intermediary, users benefit from increased transparency, protection, and efficiency. Trustcrow is a USA-registered company with operations in Nigeria.

  • As the Content & Digital Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the company’s web-based content, as well as email marketing and digital advertising campaigns, to increase brand awareness.
  • Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering and delivers our messages effectively.
  • You will combine your significant copywriting and digital marketing expertise to proactively and creatively develop content in an engaging way for target audiences and channels.

  • The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media and webinars. 
  • Develop content plans to ensure an excellent online user journey through the creation of excellent copy, and use of video and photography. 
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure video and photography content is developed and effectively optimized.
  • Produce engaging, content rich, email communications to segmented audiences, tailored to ensure the right tone of voice, brand and USPs.
  • Create and manage CRM data, pipelines and email templates to support the user journey and marketing campaigns.
  • Take ownership of relevant web pages to ensure they are developed regularly in-line with stakeholder and audience needs, are accurate and engaging, and incorporate a variety of multimedia content including case studies, blogs, videos and podcasts, amongst others.
  • Ensure all content is compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary. 
  • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content. 
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities. 
  • Prioritize and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly. 
  • Contribute to and work with relevant teams and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings. 
  • Proof read as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned or required by the company or the group.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or significant experience of working in a content and digital advertising role.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice.
  • Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail. 
  • Experience using web content management systems. 
  • Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as  X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. 
  • Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop. 
  • Experience of video production, including filming, editing and delivering via channels such as YouTube. 
  • Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics, etc. 
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and structure work schedules. 
  • Good written and oral communication skills. 
  • Good proof-reading skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically with problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment either independently or with a team.
