Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the curation and organization of content on the platform, including researching and profiling 1000 top companies in the wellness industry based on specific metrics.
- Perform data entry tasks to populate the content management platform with curated company profiles and relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of data entered into the system.
- Organize company categories and nomenclature on the platform, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Conduct ongoing research across various platforms to stay abreast of the latest developments in the wellness industry.
- Ensure that the platform remains current and that featured companies continue to meet the platform’s standards.
- Gather key details of points of contact and decision makers for brands and solutions being added to the platform, facilitating targeted outreach efforts post-launch.
- Work closely with the founder and other team members to finalize the platform’s development and transition smoothly to the launch and marketing phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest in the wellness industry, preferably with knowledge of wellness services and products.
- Exceptional ability to manage large sets of data and organize content efficiently. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and the capacity to take on responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Familiarity with data entry software and content management systems.
