Job Duties
- Owning the execution of an editorial calendar incorporating engaging content that brings clients and referrals
- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
- Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s target audience
- Ideation and creation of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/Threads, LinkedIn)
- Execute and optimize email campaigns and flows
- Creating advert and marketing materials and oversee it production
- Creating advertorial material for print, billboards, lamp post, electronic board etc
- Planning and executing content production with the CEO and other executives at the firm
- Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy
- Assisting with Public Relations initiatives as they come up
- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
- Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms
- Conducting periodic content audits
- Tracking and calculating content ROI
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Analysing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc Mass Communication or any related field
- 4 years of experience creating and executing a content calendar
- Proven ability to drive growth and engagement on social media
- Ability to provide examples of prior content creation, from ideation to execution
- Data-driven with solid understanding of key content metrics
- Ability to capture a brand voice; values and implement across all forms of content
- Strong research and proof-reading skills
- Knack for conceptualizing new content through the repurposing of existing video, written content
- Superior organizational skills.
