We specialize in industries such as banking and non-banking financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, fintechs, telecommunications, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of an editorial content calendar that keeps our audience engaged.
  • Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of the forex industry and our target audience
  • Perform extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
  • Create specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s target audience
  • Ideation and creation of social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/Threads, LinkedIn, Tiktok) • Execute and optimize email campaigns and flows
  • Create advert and marketing materials and oversee it production
  • Create advertorial material for print, billboards, lamp post, electronic board etc
  • Plan and execute content production with the creative team
  • Collaborate with the creative teams, and writers to implement the strategy
  • Assist with Public Relations initiatives as they come up
  • Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
  • Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms 
  • Conduct periodic content audits
  • Track and calculate content ROI
  • Ensure that content strategy meets business objectives
  • Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion
  • Analyse content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. in Mass Communication or any related field
  • 3 years of experience creating and executing a content calendar
  • Proven ability to drive growth and engagement on social media
  • Ability to provide examples of prior content creation, from ideation to execution
  • Should be data-driven with solid understanding of key content metrics
  • Ability to capture a brand voice; values and implement across all forms of content
  • Strong research and proof-reading skills
  • Knack for conceptualizing new content through the repurposing of existing video, written content
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Content monetization skills
  • Strong team-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Leadership qualities.
