Job Summary
- As a Content & Insights Marketing Manager, you will transform client outcomes, project data, and candidate success stories into powerful marketing narratives that position Dragnet as a thought leader in HRTech. You will lead content strategy execution across digital platforms, combining creativity with analytics to strengthen our brand credibility, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Client Success teams to ensure that every piece of content reflects innovation, integrity, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing client success stories and project outcomes.
- Translate data and reports into white papers, infographics, and evidence-driven narratives.
- Build and maintain a repository of case studies and testimonials.
- Publish thought leadership content to position Dragnet as a leader in HRTech and assessments.
- Manage social media presence, monitor industry trends, and ensure brand alignment.
- Ensure all content operations comply with ISO quality, information security, and NDPA requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, English, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in B2B content marketing (HRTech, consulting, or professional services preferred).
- Proven storytelling and content creation skills (portfolio preferred).
- Strong data literacy and experience with visualization, SEO, and content tools (e.g., WordPress, infographics).
- Excellent collaboration, creativity, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, information security, and NDPA compliance.
