Job Description
- We are looking for a talented and creative Copywriter/Social Media Handler to join our team and elevate our online. presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish engaging posts across various social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strategically grow and increase the follower base across all Nairametrics’ social media platforms.
- Optimize social media posts (language, tone, and message) tailored to our target audience’s behavior.
- Select appealing images and videos to enhance posts and captivate the audience.
- Update social media pages with compelling company news and announcements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create advertising posts for events, job openings, and product releases.
- Monitor, track, and report on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates.
- Implement advertising techniques, such as promotions and competitions, to boost brand awareness.
- Respond promptly and accurately to questions and comments on our social media pages.
- Network with clients and industry professionals to foster relationships.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Digital Media Lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or Social Media Handler.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to optimize content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to select engaging visuals to complement text.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
