JOB SUMMARY:
- He/ She is responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring a positive image of the company is maintained. In addition, driving online Prescence and curate strategic marketing content for the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Communication Strategies: Creating and implementing effective communication plans that align with the company’s goals and brand.
- Manage Corporate Image: Overseeing the use of logos, signage, and other branding materials to maintain a consistent corporate identity.
- Media Relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets and acting as the company’s spokesperson.
- Content Creation: Writing and editing speeches, articles, press releases, and other promotional materials. Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, and stories.
- Event Management: Organizing and managing events such as press conferences, exhibitions, and open days.
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify opportunities for promotions or publicity.
- Internal Communications: Ensuring effective communication within the organization, including creating internal newsletters and training staff in communication techniques
- Brand Collaboration: Partnering with brands to create content that promotes their products or services.
- Audience Engagement: Interacting with followers by responding to comments, answering questions, and acknowledging feedback.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing the performance of posts and campaigns to adjust strategies as needed.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest digital trends and social media best practices.
- Event Participation: Participating in or creating events like live videos or giveaways to encourage follower interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a first degree (BSc) in Marketing or any related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
