Sage Grey Finance Limited (“Sage Grey Finance” or “the Company”) is a finance services company incorporated in Nigeria. We are licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and are integrated into the Nigerian Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS). We are members of the Finance Houses Association of Nigeria (FHAN). We offer Lending Services (Project Finance, Asset Finance, Corporate finance, Consumer Loan, etc.), Fund Management Services, Advisory Services, and other services as authorized by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Role Summary

  • The Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the Company’s corporate communications, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement strategies ensuring that all messaging, brand positioning, and public-facing activities are aligned with the Company’s overall business objectives.
  • The Officer shall ensure that the Company maintains a consistent, credible and compelling narrative across all channels, while strengthening its public image and institutional reputation.
  • The role drives internal and external communications, brand visibility, reputation and perception management, as well as implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • The Corporate Communications Officer will lead digital communications, media relations and the planning and execution of corporate events and campaigns, enhancing the Company’s visibility and shall report to the Vice President, Legal & Risk.

Key Responsibiliies

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Enhance brand visibility, positioning and public perception across all channels.
  • Manage and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Drive consistent, clear and effective internal and external communications.
  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement, including media, partners and the public.
  • Oversee social media presence, digital communications and online reputation management.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, campaigns and brand activations.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Promote the Company’s values, culture and impact narrative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in corporate communications, PR, or brand management.
  • Knowledge in CSR & ESG is an added advantage.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage events and stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
