We specialize in industries such as banking and non-banking financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, fintechs, telecommunications, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate the visual direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and guide the team through conceptualizing and designing original ideas.
  • Oversee and manage the work of the design team, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling across visuals and content.
  • Review and approve all visual assets, including layouts, graphics, and other creative elements, before final production.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and production companies, as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and industry innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Present creative concepts and finished projects to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Creative Director or in a similar senior design role, with a portfolio that showcases creative and visually impactful work.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and feedback.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
