Job description

  • Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for designing merchandise and products that people love? Do you excel at creating unique, trendsetting designs that sell? If you’re a business-savvy, goal-oriented individual with a keen eye for design, we want you to lead our creative team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design process for merchandise and graphic designs, ensuring creativity and innovation are at the forefront.
  • Develop unique and marketable designs for apparel, accessories, and various merchandise items that align with our brand vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand target markets and design products that resonate with consumers.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and competitor products, ensuring our merchandise stands out in the market.
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to final product, ensuring designs are high-quality and ready for production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
  • Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand identity, and maintain consistency across all merchandise and graphic materials.
  • Monitor the performance of merchandise sales, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in merchandise design and graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful merchandise designs that have performed well in the market.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills, with a mastery of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior, able to design products that sell.
  • Experience in leading and managing creative teams, with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering top-notch results.
