Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Define and drive the visual tone of all projects, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative storytelling.
- Content Strategy: Conceptualize themes and storylines for shoots, tours, and campaigns that resonate deeply with our audiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead a talented team of photographers, videographers, editors, and creatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to interpret their vision and translate it into outstanding visual work.
- Production Oversight: Plan and manage production timelines, logistics, and deliverables for shoots, events, and tours.
- Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends. Propose fresh ideas and guide the evolution of our brand.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Photography, Film, Media Arts, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in creative direction, preferably in photography/videography/media production.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that reflects your creativity, storytelling skills, and visual range.
Skills:
- Proficient in photography and videography techniques
- Strong command of editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Skilled in team leadership and event coordination
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Bonus: Experience in travel/lifestyle photography or managing creative tours.
