Job Description
- Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative environment.
- Set the overall creative direction and ensure it aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with designers, copy writers, and other creative professionals to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute creative campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and idea-sharing.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to help them improve and grow in their roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the creative team remains innovative and competitive.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, demonstrating successful team management and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and multimedia production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creative software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
