Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and story ideas that align with the company's brand identity, values, and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to bring storytelling initiatives to life.
  • Write and produce captivating stories, scripts, narratives, and content for various channels, including social media, website, email, video, and print.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform storytelling strategies and ensure relevance and authenticity.
  • To enhance storytelling impact and engagement, use multimedia elements, such as imagery, video, animation, and interactive content.
  • Monitor and analyze storytelling performance metrics and audience feedback to improve the effectiveness and impact of content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in storytelling and content creation to innovate and enhance storytelling strategies consistently.
  • Carry out any other assigned tasks.

Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or a related role within creative industries, marketing, or media.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of narrative structure, tone, and style.
  • Proven ability to develop original ideas and concepts, and translate them into compelling narratives.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and how to tailor stories to different demographics and platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content production.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
