Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in cybersecurity governance, penetration testing, networking, and information security governance and compliance. With at least three years of professional experience, you will be instrumental in protecting our organization's information systems from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  3. Monitor and analyze network traffic for security threats.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Respond to cybersecurity incidents and conduct investigations.
  6. Provide security awareness training to employees.
  7. Perform security risk assessments and recommend controls.
  8. Manage cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  9. Monitor security logs and alerts for suspicious activity.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  12. Maintain documentation and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. At least three years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
  5. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
