Job Duties

  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and performance reporting to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to support business forecasting and budgeting.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
  • Serve as a liaison between the GM, Operations and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documents for executive review.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and following up on action items.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
