Data Analysis:

Business Intelligence:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and reports.
- Design and deliver clear and concise dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
Data Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data quality processes.
- Work closely with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized data repository.
Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and document data and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools/languages.
- The candidate must have the ability to Carry out 360 Research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
