Next Basket is a company that develops and offers a SaaS e-commerce platform through which online stores are created. The main directorates in the structure are Software Production, Commercial Directorate and Services, where all three have a matrix organisation of responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will collaborate with the CTO to formulate and execute the organization's technology strategy;
- You will be responsible for ensuring employees in IT work productively and develop professionally;
- You will be responsible to allocate and manage technology resources effectively;
- You will have to collaborate with architects and technical teams to define and maintain technology architecture standards;
- You will be responsible to hiring local IT staff;
- You will have to provide strategic advice and recommendations to the CTO and other senior leaders on technology-related matters
- You will have to mentor and develop technology team members;
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
- Work closely and manage the local IT staff;
- Report to the CTO of the daily achievements of the team;
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with company stakeholders;
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors;
- Mentor and guide technology team members in their professional development and skill enhancement
- Identifying IT potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- 7+ years of experience on a similar role;
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or other relevant;
- Proven experience in IT;
- Proven experience in E-commerce;
- Proven experience in people management;
- Results-Oriented Approach;
- Organization and Time Management ability;
