PolyMath Real Estate Limited is also aim at encouraging corporate investment as we believe that corporate purchase and investment especially in real estate sector would gear up the investment rates and foster unity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
    • Create content calendars and schedule posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Content Creation

    • Design engaging visuals, write compelling captions, and tailor content for each platform.

    • Collaborate with other team members (graphic designers, copywriters, influencers).

  • Community Management:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

    • Engage with the online community to boost reach and foster brand loyalty.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track performance using tools like Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.

    • Report on engagement, growth, and campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Trend Monitoring

    • Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
    • Incorporate trending audio, formats, and challenges into content when relevant.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to understand the video brief, script, and storyboarding needs.
    • Plan visual storytelling, including music, pacing, and graphics.
  • Editing & Post-Production:

    • Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
    • Add music, text overlays, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics.
    • Ensure consistency with brand tone and style.
  • Platform-Specific Optimization:

    • Format videos for d ifferent platforms (e.g., vertical for TikTok, horizontal for YouTube).
    • Compress and export videos for the best quality/performance on each platform.
    • Asset Management 
    • Organise, label, and  archive video files and project assets.
    • Maintain a library of  reusable content (B-roll, templates, etc.).
  • Creative Input:

    • Suggest improvements for video storytelling, pacing, and engagement.
    • Propose innovative content ideas based on current trends and performance insights.
