We are an investment firm with primary engagement in real estate development & brokerage, cryptocurrency investment & exchange. Our interests also cut across farming (poultry, piggery, plantation, snail & fish farming), logistics & haulage as well as cleaning & fumigation services.

Job Overview:

  • The Digital Engagement & Business Development Executive will be responsible for enhancing the company’s digital presence, converting leads into sales, and driving business growth.
  • The role involves managing social media channels, engaging with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships.
  • This individual must be dynamic, outspoken, and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn social media engagement into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Engagement and Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content that attracts and retains target audiences.
  • Convert online leads into sales through direct engagement and follow-up.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms promptly.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to enhance engagement and lead generation.

Business Development and Lead Conversion:

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through digital channels.
  • Convert leads generated from agents and online inquiries into sales.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.

Customer Care and Client Relations:

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and addressing concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting products or services through digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.

Communication and Outreach:

  • Build and maintain a strong network with potential clients through digital channels and direct communication.
  • Represent the company at virtual events and webinars to promote brand awareness.
  • Create and deliver presentations that highlight the company’s offerings to prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

Communication and Customer Care Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer care and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to engage confidently and persuasively with clients.

Smart and Outspoken:

  • A smart, proactive individual with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Outspoken, energetic, and able to represent the company confidently in client meetings or online interactions.

Social Media Expertise:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ability to convert online leads, including those from real estate agents or other industries, into actual sales.
  • Proficient in using social media tools for tracking engagement, growth, and lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Proficient in social media tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
