Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor referrals and give biweekly reports to the Managing Dentist. Ensure gifts are delivered to Patients who give quality referrals.
- Spearhead recall of leads from social media and digital campaigns
- Support the provision of a customer-focused practice and seamless patient journey that assists in attracting, satisfying and retaining patients
- Ensure the efficient operation of the patient referral and testimonial procedures and work with staff as well as liaise with other practices to ensure a regular supply of referred patients.
- Advice staff and management on best practices and procedures for better quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Obtain & review patient feedback via patient survey as necessary
- Record Videos: Capture high-quality videos during dental procedures, testimonials, and other relevant activities.
- Edit videos for clarity, impact, and educational value.
- Post and reply to comments and questions across social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with walk-in patients, update their files with relevant information, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor and report on social media metrics to gauge effectiveness.
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with the clinic’s goals and target audience.
- Work closely with the dental and administrative teams to coordinate social media activities and patient interactions.

Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management and 1 year in an executive assistant role.
- Efficient and Customer-focused

- Flexible and Proactive
Knowledge and Skill Requirement:
- Proficiency in video recording and editing software - Canva, Capcut
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and social media metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
KPIs:
- Engagement Rate: Increase social media engagement by 10% quarterly.
- Patient Satisfaction: Maintain a patient satisfaction rate of 90% or higher.
- Task Completion: Complete 100% of assigned tasks on or before deadlines.
- CEO Satisfaction: Receive positive quarterly reviews from the CEO for administrative support.
