Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Infrastructure Support Officer to manage and support the organization\'s digital infrastructure, including server administration, application support, network, and telecommunications systems. This role is pivotal in providing technical support for both hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation across IT and digital platforms, and assisting with digital project implementation and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support for digital infrastructure including server maintenance, computer hardware/software, AV equipment, and specialized business applications.
- Provide cloud computing support, manage network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, and mobile device setups.
- Conduct user training and troubleshoot service requests for internal and external users, managing accounts and resolving issues promptly.
- Install and configure computer systems, monitor and maintain systems and networks, and ensure timely response to service issues.
- Oversee management and support of digital products, work closely with engineering teams for efficient application deployment, and manage billing cycles and licensing for digital assets.
- Coordinate product launches, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Repair, replace, and test new equipment and technologies as needed, staying current on infrastructure advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital infrastructure support, server administration, and network management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of cloud computing and application support.
- Excellent communication skills for end-user support and training.
- Familiarity with process automation tools and experience with digital product lifecycle management is a plus.
